Reporting a bug well
Because your files never reach us, we cannot see what went wrong on your side. A report that includes the following is usually enough to reproduce and fix a problem:
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- Your browser and device (for example “Chrome on Windows 11” or “Safari on iPhone”).
- Roughly how big the PDF is, how many pages it has, and whether it is a scan, a form or a normal text document.
- If you can, a sample file that shows the problem and contains nothing private. Never send a document with personal or confidential information.
