Why does my Word file look different from the PDF?
With “Keep layout” it should look the same. Small differences can come from fonts: text is set in the closest standard Word font (Arial, Times New Roman, Courier New, Calibri and others), with the spacing adjusted so every line keeps its original width. “Flowing text” rebuilds paragraphs and simplifies the layout on purpose.
Can it convert a scanned PDF?
Run OCR PDF first to add a text layer, then convert.
Is my file uploaded?
