Which field types are supported?
Text fields (single or multi-line, with optional default text and font size) and check boxes (check mark, cross, dot or square; any size and color; checked or not by default). Radio buttons and drop-downs are not yet available.

Yes — tick "Required" in the field's toolbar. Readers that validate forms will insist on it being filled.
